This is a great PCI host adapter if you need some extra USB 2.0 ports. They work all fine to me and are just as fast as the ports on my motherboard. Great for budget users.

Card is easy to install as long as you have an open PCI slot that isn't crowded by one of todays massive graphics cards.

This is a 5 port card. Goodway cards are OK quality. Will function fine, but is pretty generic. Love the USB 2.0 better compatability and device recognition.

Everything connects to your computer through USB these days such as Mice, MP3 players, Keyboards, printers, the list goes on forever. It's easy to run out of ports, but this cheap card allows for much more flexiblity since it gives you 5 more USB slots.
