I ordered a Christmas gift for my fiancee which got stolen during shipping. When I called those wonderful folks at customer service they instantly went to work to ensure that my concerns were addressed. Needless to say that we got a replacement gift at 2:00 PM on Christmas Eve and all because of the customer first attitude of the people at SuperBiiz.
