The system assembly process takes approximately 5 business days, which includes testing to ensure system stability. Due to the complex nature of the assembly process, please provide a valid phone number in case our technicians have any questions regarding your custom system build. Note that any special system modification requests may extend the assembly process.
We use brand-new components from our warehouse inventory to build systems. Therefore, all system orders are nonrefundable once our technicians begin the building process because products must be removed from their original packaging for installation.
SuperBiiz warrants custom-built systems and their parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original date of invoice. This warranty covers parts, labor. The customer is responsible for shipping the system to SuperBiiz for repair, and Superbiiz will cover the cost of shipping it back to the customer. We highly recommend packing the computer securely in the original box because the warranty does not cover any shipping damages that may result from improper packaging.
SuperBiiz is not responsible for damage caused by improper hardware installations or improper use initiated by the customer. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any software or components added to the system after it has been shipped from SuperBiiz. SuperBiiz is not liable for any data loss that may result from a faulty hard drive, solid state drive, or optical disc drive.
Please note that many of the individual components in your system will carry a manufacturer warranty beyond your SuperBiiz warranty. Once your SuperBiiz warranty has expired, you can contact the component manufacturer directly for warranty service.
- This warranty only covers the systems distributed in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
- This warranty covers only normal use of the computer. SuperBiiz is not liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from: Improper shipping or installation. Misuse or abuse of the system. Disasters such as fire, flood, wind, lightning, fluid leakage, earthquakes, or improper electric current.

- This warranty does not cover the installation of any third-party hardware, peripherals, software or virus-related problems.
SuperBiiz allows the customer to upgrade his or her computer system. If the customer would like SuperBiiz to professionally upgrade the system, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back and forth.
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy:
If repairs are required, the customer must obtain an RMA number by submitting an RMA request form. The customer is responsible for shipping costs after 30 days (starting from the original date of purchase) for any item returned for replacement or repair. The RMA number is only valid for two weeks after the issue date. Please make sure that all returned parts have an RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package. No package will be accepted without an RMA number written on the outside of the package. The warranty does not cover any shipping damages that may result from improper packaging. Please pack the computer using the original box or in a well-protected box. SuperBiiz will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if the item serial numbers do not match.

Q: What kind of tech support do you offer?|
A: We offer 1 year of phone tech support for the system. Please note that we may not be able to assist you with software, virus, or hardware problems resulting from the installation of new software, peripherals, or hardware that did not originally come with the system.
Q: Will all the parts I choose be compatible?
A: Due to the number of options available in each build, it is possible that some configurations will not be compatible. However, before we process your order, we will check for compatibility and if necessary, we will contact you and help you fix any compatibility issues.
Q: How long will the process take?
A: It will take approximately 5 business days to assemble your system and run tests to ensure that no parts are defective. Please note that special configuration requests may delay the order. The duration of the shipping time will depend on your geographic location and selected shipping method. We will email you a tracking number when the system ships.
Q: What if there is a part that I want but it is not available as an option in the system builder?
A: Customers can choose additional parts and add them into the shopping cart with their configured system. Alternatively, if you want us to assemble a complete system based on items in your shopping cart please mark the "ASSEMBLY" checkbox on the checkout page.
Q: What do I receive with my system?
A: Your shipment will include the system itself and all of the original packaging and accessories included with the individual components. The computer system will be shipped in a box with full padding to prevent shipping damage.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All system sales are final. Yes, this is "the catch." We would not be able to afford to offer such low prices if we offered full system returns because we actually open up the boxes for individual components to custom build each system. We are happy to offer a 30-day parts and 1-year labor warranty to make sure that your system works properly but accepting returns for custom-built systems would force us to raises prices significantly.
