How do I earn Rewards Points?

There are two ways to earn Rewards Points:

(1) You earn Rewards Points automatically every time you complete a purchase from our Website. You will earn one (1) Reward Point for every dollar spent, excluding taxes, shipping fees and discounts.

(2) Occasionally, SuperBiiz will offer customers special opportunities to earn additional Rewards Points for completing specific tasks such as signing up for our deals newsletter, writing a testimonial, or submitting product reviews. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get the latest news on limited time promotions.



Who is eligible for Rewards Points?
The Rewards Points program is available to everyone who shops at SuperBiiz.



When can I use my Rewards Points to claim prizes?
The points you earn from a purchase will be available for use 30 days after your order purchase date. Rewards Points will appear as "pending" on your account page during this 30-day waiting period.



Why is there a waiting period before I can redeem my Rewards Points for prizes?
The Rewards Points have a 30-day waiting period before you can use them to redeem prizes because this allows us to address all returns with minimal hassle. Rewards Points will be deducted for cancelled orders and any items that are returned for credit.



Where can I find the prizes?
You can view our entire prize selection at our Rewards Center. Be sure to check back often for new prizes!



How do I claim prizes?
When you have accumulated enough Rewards Points, you will be able to add prizes into your shopping cart just like any other item. The appropriate number of Rewards Points will be deducted from your account once we process your order. You may add prizes to an existing order or you may choose to place a new order to claim prizes. You will be responsible for any shipping fees.



Where can I see a summary of my Rewards Points?
You can log into your account to view your Rewards Points details. You will be able to see how many points you have earned and how many you have redeemed for prizes. You will also be able to see which points are in pending status (30-day waiting period) and how many points are available for use.



Do I lose my Rewards Points if I return an item?
Rewards Points will be deducted for any items that are returned for credit or refund. Points will not be returned for any reason for returned items.



Can I return the prizes that I claimed with Rewards Points?
Unfortunately, prizes cannot be returned. They can only be exchanged for the same exact item in case of DOA.



Is there a limit to how many Rewards Points I can earn?
You can earn a maximum of 50,000 points every calendar year. Once you've earned 50,000 points in a single year, you will not be able to accumulate any more points regardless of how many more orders you place thereafter. We want all our customers to have a chance to redeem prizes.



Do my Rewards Points expire?
Yes, Rewards Points expire every two years from the original issue date. For example, points issued on November 12, 2009 would expire on November 12, 2011 if unused. When you redeem your points for prizes, the oldest points will be used first.



Can I combine my rewards points from different accounts?
No, points from different accounts cannot be moved, transferred or combined for any reason.
