If you are reseller in the State of California, please
follow these instructions in order to remove state sales tax from your order. If you
are not located within the State of California, please disregard these instructions
and return to the main ordering page.
To Remove Sales Tax
- Please complete our Reseller Form.
- Please include your account's email address with any information you send. We can not verify your account without your account's email address.
- Fax the completed form along with a copy of your state issued reseller permit to
us at (408) 719-5026. You may also e-mail digital versions to us at
- Once your reseller status has been validated, you will receive an e-mail confirming
your verified reseller status, and sales tax will automatically be removed from future orders
as long as your customer/company name and address information matches the information on the
- We will ask you to re-submit your reseller certificate whenever the document on file expires.
Please be aware that sales tax will be charged if you do not have approved reseller status or if
your customer/company name and address information do not match the information on the reseller
