I upgraded a Toshiba M400 Tablet with this and WOW, what a difference! This replaced a 1.66GHz T2300 Core Duo with 2MB L2. The difference was absolute. Start up time was cut in half, to about 1:30 from power button to system idle. This gets a little warm when running at full load, but not over 62*C core with dual apps of Prime95. As soon as it idles back from Prime95, temps are barely above room temperature within minutes. 4MB cache is really snappy.
