Nothing different between a patch cable and a standard cable. This one is molded. Which indicates a good molded around the connector. These will last much longer. Same cabling.
I was very happy with my whole SuperBiiz experience. My item shipped the same day and was exactly as specified on the website. would recommend them to my mother =)
