Ethernet Cat6 speeds. The length is ideal for switch to panel connections. Too short for user length. Molded connectors can be hard to push and remove. But that also makes it better so the tabs aren't pulled off.

The molded cables provide better protection from cable pull and stress. THis is a good length for a wiring closet, etc.
