This netgear has enough ports to connect an my small company. Hte best part is that it's rack mountable and it's way easier to use than a managed switch.

I personally don't like anything over 24. Lots of weight from the cables. Plus, if a device goes out, it affects lots of users.
Netgear comes through with a great device that s rack mountable. fast and secure, easy to configure.
