Intel Pentium M processors like this 1.6GHz model are very good for laptops. They use very little power which allow you to take your notebook on the road.

This is a great price for a powerful mobile cpu like this one! This processor combines low power consumption with fast performance for the ultimate portable pc experience. There are even some desktop motherboards that support this processor, so that you could have a cooler running, more efficient desktop computer.

PROS: Excellent price/ performance ratio. Based on the newer Dothan architecture. Works great will all of today’s most demanding software. CONS: None at this price.
