The Good:
I've had this card for a good long while now (Don't even remember when I ordered it). It hasn't failed, and my transfer rates have been as advertised. I have yet to see it max out at the theoretical 125MBytes/s, but it seems that the hard drives I'm using to transfer files are the limiting factor this generation. Worked fine in Windows and Ubuntu.
The Squirrelly:
Not much in the way of bad things to say about this card.

Upgrading to Gigabit ethernet for gaming is very popular for LAN parties. Reduces lag and makes the gaming experience that much more fun. Great adapter for a good price.
Best for Jumbo frames Reviewed by Anonymous from Chantilly, VA on 05/23/06
Jumbo frames are great for moving large amounts of data efficiently over your LAN.
The Intel NIC's are simply the best when wanting to use Jumbo frames. And are have THE best driver support with any OS. Be sure to use a Jumbo frame network switch like the SMC EZswitch series or the NetGear GS series like the GS516T.
