The Good:
Easy to install. Came in a little box with a fan and heat sink. Works fantastic.
The Squirrelly:
The Warranty states that the fan coming with the CPU must be used for the warranty to be valid. It's a bugger if you want to replace it with a nearly silent fan model.
Pro Tip:
The heat sink already has a swab of thermal paste on the part that connects to the CPU. So, there's no need to buy it.

The 965 and a Radeon GPU work fantastic together. When overclocking move it up a notch at a time.
