This is actually the first GeForce card I have ever owned. I bought this to replace my HIS Radeon HD 6790 1gb and I don't regret this purchase decision one bit. The card runs 30C at idle and between 55C and 70C on a full load. It runs great on a 750 watt PSU although only a 600 watt is required. It runs all current NVidia optimized games flawlessly at 1080p and AMD optimized games perform just as well. There seems to be a great deal of play for overclocking, however, that is not really (continued...)
I have no complaints but I do want to give everyone a heads up.. This card is huge. Most full tower cases will accommodate it with no problems but I had to reconfigure all of my cables and remove 2 hard drive bays to fit this beast in my mid tower case.
Another cool thing about this card is that for the first few seconds after it powers on, it spins the fans in reverse to kick of any accumulated dust which is a big plus.
