I won't go any higher without additional cooling. Great power for the price.
Great processor Reviewed by Duc from Saint-Laurent, PQ on 11/30/06
These new processors by Intel are very good, even beating the favourite AMD Athlon 64 processors in many tests. These processor are very energy efficient and run very well. If you are looking to upgrade your old system, these are great choice, that is if you have the money to spend! This processor also has great overclocking potentiel.
Awesome, but one con Reviewed by Anonymous from St. Louis, MO on 11/26/06
If you compare this processor to the E6600, the only difference is the 2mb vs 4mb cache. Huge difference in processing capabilities. Difference is about a 100 bucks or so. Still an amazing processor, smooth. I went with the E6600, but this is an excellent processor.

The value here is tremendous. Currently, i'm running mine at 3.4 ghz, without a hiccup. (i have watercooling, purchasable on ebay for 80 bucks).
This goes great with a 965p-ds3. I wish i had shopped here, i ended up paying about 250 bucks for this beast.
This makes the fx-62 look like an ant, ready to get crushed, even at gaming!!!
this CPU is better than any AMD can come up with Reviewed by Thankappa Pillai from La Crosse, WI on 09/11/06
Amd beat intel with 9 ops/sec rather than the pentiums 6 ops/sec which was its weakness. no more. now for an affordable price the core 2 duo has 12 ops/sec outperforming the AMD's by a ratio of 4:3. this thing is, thus, at only 2.13, similar to a $300 AMD CPU!!!
superior cpu Reviewed by Johnny Tang from ST Augustine, FL on 08/06/06
see a lot of good thing about this boy. use less power than previous version of Intel cpu, also produce very small amount of heat compare to amd and other series of cpu. this $2XX can match up with amd fx-60 and x2 4800+, it also is a great cpu to overclock( can reach 2.6 easily)
go with this cpu can't be a wrong choice
I'm a system builder! Reviewed by Anonymous from Irvine, CA on 08/06/06
Now i'm come to realize eWiz has things early and cutting edge wow. OEM is fine for me. Its easier on shipping and can source heatsink and fan local. Not many have this product so it much easier for me to make a decision. I've seen the benchmarks. What a business machine this will make. E6400.
