This is a great case fan with stock appearance.
Speed adjustment via motherboard controller is nice as it speeds up the fan when components are heating up.
On the low end, 20db is awesome. The high end is a bit rough though.

Great 80mm fan from Zalman. I like the customization of the speeds to tailor the needs of the system. The silent mode is good, but will move less air. Normal is decent, but introduces more noise.
