Great Upgrade for Dell Reviewed by John C. from Florence, MS on 01/08/08
I used this fan as a upgrade on a Dell Deminsion 4300. Mounted fine in the oem fan shroud for rear tower exhaust. The fan is not as thick as the oem but worked fine with no audible vibration issues. Moves plenty of air and not too noisy, but I have not stretched it out by no means. Great buy for a fan with thermale detection built onto the unit. Thanks eWiz!

It really moves the fan better than an 80mm fan and i think that its quieter than an 80mm fan but not sure.
It throws more air than an 80mm fan though and that is a fact.
Not bad Reviewed by Duc from Saint-Laurent, PQ on 11/20/06
The selling point of the ThermoFlow series of Vantec is the little thermistor in front of the fan, which detects the internal case's temperature and the fan will throttle its speed to find a balance between cooling and noise output. This fan blows a nice amount of air and is not too loud. The fan does get noisy at the highest speed, though not all that bad. Overall, a nice product for users that want a no-hassle case fan that will cool on its own.
Decent Reviewed by Wesley Cain from Ottumwa, IA on 10/12/06
At it's lower speeds this fan is nice and quiet. However, as the RPM's start rise so does the noise leveland borders on being too noisy.
Good Vantec Fan Reviewed by Anonymous from Cincinnati, OH on 08/26/06
Great case fan from Vantec that can change it's airflow output automatically depending on how hot your computer is. It is easy to install and is of the higest quality.
Rather Noisy Reviewed by Mo from Coweta, OK on 08/09/06
This is a big airflow fan. Noise levels are decent. This is a 92mm fan that is a bit of an odd size. Very good quality bearings, and easy to install.
great air flow! Reviewed by alex jimenez from miami, FL on 06/12/06
This is a great addition to further cool your hot hardware! It moves plenty of air, while having the ability to automatically change speeds with a thermal sensor! This is one great buy!
max airflow Reviewed by Elizabeth Kong from Eden Prairie, MN on 03/07/06
Designed for moving the most air possible - and it does move a lot of air for maximum cooling. However, its noisy compared to other fans. Good for servers where cooling is required and noise is a secondary concern.
