The Good:
Would have written a good review if it worked...
The Squirrelly:
Incompatible with most motherboard SuperBiiz please state the incompatibility of this CPU or remove it, thank you
Pro Tip:
most 5200+ CPU's are 2.6 Ghz.. odd that this one is not possibly AMD's fault though...

The Good:
Cheap dual core
The Squirrelly:
A little slow but very easy to overclock. 3.0 easy on a pretty basic heatsink/fan.
Pro Tip:
This is an AM3 chip not the old AM2 5200+ that were 2.6GHz for the 90nm Windsor or 2.7GHz for the 65nm Brisbane. Note that it's a 45nm and has more cache than the other two which is how it gets the same performance rating at lower frequency. It won't work on an AM2 board and most likely won't work on an AM2+ board unless it's a more expensive one, but then why buy this CPU?

The Good:
The CPU runs cooler than the old AM2 version because of the lower clock speed. You can unlock cores with this if you aren't a rookie, have the right motherboard and are lucky, I've unlocked 4 of the 5 I bought (3 went Quad, 1 went Tri).
The Squirrelly:
OEM, no 3 year warranty...
Pro Tip:
Don't listen to "Salt Lake", it's clearly states AM3 NOT AM2 and it's compatible with any AM3 motherboard. I hate rookies who complain when they have no idea what they are doing !!!!!!!!
