45nm Deneb core. Unlocked to quad core and 6 MB L3 cache. Running 20-25% OC with stock voltage. 35%+ with voltage boost. CPU and motherboard total cost, including shipping, $79.
Could not get a 50% OC ;-)
ASRock N68-S UCC MATX Motherboard is a nice low cost solution to unlock the extra cores.

Un freaking baleeeeevable. Unlock all four cores with the Asrock board mentioned in another review. You must update the bois first or you will have a headache. Have'nt done any benchmarking yet to see how fast these really are but so for so good.
You must update your bios. Asrock has a utility to do it under your Windows platform. Real easy.
Great little chip at a great little price.

It is a Deneb, which means it's alot cooler and has fancier features than the Brisbane core. Cores and cache can be unlocked with the right motherboard and luck. You don't have to pay for a crappy heat sink. Mine is a good overclocker.
If you don't get cores and cache to unlock you are stuck with a dog of a CPU. Considering the low end AMD (240 and 140) and Intel (E3300) CPUs within $10 (OEM) of the price if you want a cheap CPU to run at stock or just for overclocking. To get this to preforme at the level of even a bottom of the line Athlon II x2 215 requires a substantial amount of tweeking. (My CPU temps don't work, I'm not sure if it's the chip or the Mobo.)
I think unlocking success rate with this guy is probably close to 80%, but then you still aren't going to get much of an overclock past 2.8 Ghz either because of the chip voltage or your chipset. I got mine to overclock to 2.86 Ghz on stock voltage, however my chipset doesn't want to go higher.

2 out of 2 unlocked to 4 core with 6Mb L3 cache.
Overclocked the first to 2.75 on stock cooling and voltage.
Waiting on the Scythe MUGEN cooler to overclock the 2nd one.
Squirrelly being that, the cooler costs almost the same as the cpu.
Can't beat the price, less than 10 bucks per core.
