Replaced Celeron D installed in older Intel D865PERL board, took right off with no problems! Runs cool (38C) with copper heat sink with 80mm fan and Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound. Very pleased with purchase and performance. Runs Vista smoothly, earns a solid 4.0 Vista User Experience Rating, Good card for older games.
